I am excited to announce that we have integrated the ALLDATA service recommendations, so service advisors can now educate customers at the counter when the vehicle is being picked-up.
The service advisor can quickly browse through the jobs recommended for the next visit, then include any or all in the service reminder to reinforce them and schedule the next appointment based on the educational information given to the customer.
We show the services for both – the necessary and ideal maintenance schedule – so the service advisor can adjust the set of services based on the motorist’s driving profile.
