I am excited to announce that we have integrated the ALLDATA service recommendations, so service advisors can now educate customers at the counter when the vehicle is being picked-up.
The service advisor can quickly browse through the jobs recommended for the next visit, then include any or all in the service reminder to reinforce them and schedule the next appointment based on the educational information given to the customer.
We show the services for both – the necessary and ideal maintenance schedule – so the service advisor can adjust the set of services based on the motorist’s driving profile.

Could there be a box with a call reminder day to confirm the next appointment? Or is that already somewhere else?

If I understand your question correctly, you want to be reminded of a phone call the service advisor would do, once the next appointment is approaching?
That is already available under the call campaigns, “due in two weeks”. There you see all vehicles (and customers) who are due, the once with an already scheduled appointment have a yellow highlighted appointment date. The ones with out appointment are red.
